What a terrible pain in my stomach, it is so strong it feels like I’m dying!

We don’t die from that pain, what we need to discover is: Why does my stomach hurt?

What is it that I don’t want, or don’t dare to liberate? What is the anger I am holding? Why am I not digesting the things I hear, or why do I feel impotent? Not knowing how to verbalise or not daring to verbalize what has provoked this anger.

Our body is a perfect machine and it exists to receive stimuli, process them and digest them. Either I keep them inside or I get rid of them, what do I choose? So many prejudices, beliefs that limit us from doing this. What will others say? What will they think? And so many excuses we give ourselves to not do something, to not talk to each other with the truth.

If you have the courage to say what you think, you will awaken in yourself: bravery, love and confidence. DO IT, what is waiting for you is happiness and loving smiles towards yourself, the pain in your stomach will go and you will feel a phenomenal sense of lightness.

To achieve this, all you have to do is take three conscious deep breaths, create a mental void for 5 minutes and when you finish, take another three deep breaths. Find your favourite corner, it is yours and you have the right to give yourself those 5 minutes, your energy will have changed and your attitude will be different.

Try it! Your stomach will be happy and will thank you.
