Marry Yourself

There is a huge social pressure for men and women regarding their marital status, especially if the person is over 30! For women the pressure is even bigger, because in addition to the age factor, they "must" fit into a number of "patterns" imposed by society. It is not enough to be beautiful, successful, independent, self-confident, empowered, thin... she NEEDS a man, to be seen as a complete person and what is called "normal". The saddest thing of all, is that many women don't really believe, that they can be ALL that alone, being happy, complete and fulfilled.

Most of them live waiting for SOMEONE to make them happy! It is as if the expected happiness was the responsibility of the other. No, it is not! We are 100% responsible for our well-being, for our success, our personal and professional fulfilment, for our full HAPPINESS!

Loving, accepting and forgiving are the beginning of everything! I want to motivate you in this reading to do something extraordinary: marry yourself! I did it! And it was one of the most incredible and enchanting experiences I have ever had! The idea came when I read the book "Marry Yourself". (Heirate dich selbst - Author: Veit Lindau). In that book the Author asks us, if we would be the "right person" for someone, if we are "at the right point" to marry, and if we would marry ourselves. According to him, we cannot entirely give ourselves to someone unless we first love and truly accept ourselves. And this is not about selfishness, narcissism or anything like that.

After reading the book, it took me two years to be "ready" to marry myself. It was a long, learning process about who I am, what I want, what my mission is in this life... essentially important in that process was to discover Meditation as a means of evolving my mind and soul! A friend introduced me to the group Manos sin Fronteras and with the help and teachings of La Jardinera, I became increasingly passionate about my life and that wonderful gift of being ALIVE! In October 2018 I participated in a course with Manos sin Fronteras in Bali, it was a very revealing course for me, I had an encounter with my Soul there. I enjoyed the opportunity and got married there! I organised a simple ceremony with the help of friends, on a beautiful summer night, entitled to the lyric singer and very special guests! It was very nice and unforgettable!

Let's wake up to what really matters in this life, boys and girls! Love more! Self-respect is a balm for the soul! Love more! Take care of yourself! Heal more! Only then you will truly be HAPPY and it will be a GIFT for those around you!
