Travel! Just hearing the word, it awakens in us innumerable sensations, expectations and excitement for what we are going to live. A trip enriches us culturally, opens our minds to the unknown and allows us to respect what is different from our reality. For this reason, we can say that psychologically to travel means to open our mind towards new things.

When we plan and make a journey, that already represents the opening of the eyes of the Soul. It's like expanding our energy and connecting with everything the world has to offer.

Every journey contributes to personal growth, as we open our minds to something new, we become more tolerant people. Getting to know completely different places, cultures and people gives us a more complete vision of the world in which we live. In the end, when we travel, we realize how many worlds exist outside of our reality, being better or worse, they are simply different and that many times we are going to be surprised.

When we watch a movie, read a book, see a picture, we imagine being there and then we start dreaming and this is the best part, when we start dreaming, because we are creating opportunities and looking for resources to realize our dream, because we only have the real idea when we find ourselves there. Journeys leave engraved in our memory: images, people, smells, foods, flavours, sounds, songs, etc.

We have to be always attentive, because many times on a trip there may arise unforeseen events and we have to make decisions that perhaps in our day to day we wouldn't be able to make. This is a positive result because we will become more self-sufficient people, with more freedom, and when the problem is solved there comes the good feeling, the injection of encouragement to continue and our self-esteem rises.

How did I start and become passionate about traveling?

Since I was little, I have always liked to travel, to visit my relatives in other cities. I waited anxiously, counting down the days for the holidays and to be able to leave, an habit that I maintain up to now. When I finished my graduation in Physical Education I became an Artistic Gymnastics Technician and started my career as a trainer. I have realized myself in every way, because I really liked the profession, working with children and the best part: the trips, where we went to competitions in several cities in Brazil, including some international ones. These were the years of my life.

In 2001 I first got to know Manos sin Fronteras which changed many things in my life. I had finished my career as a trainer, but I was part of the Paraná Gymnastics Federation, organizing the championships and continuing in the University with bureaucratic work and event organization. I began to participate more effectively in the activities of La Enseñanza, I attended all the courses and a new phase began for me.

With the meditation and the technique of Neural Stimulation - 5 minutes a day - I learned to be a less anxious, more outgoing person, to have more confidence in my attitudes and in making decisions. So I had the opportunity to combine the experience I had acquired in my professional life organizing events and began to contribute to events, courses and trips. A wonderful feeling of being useful and forming a team united by a common goal: La Enseñanza.

My dedication and involvement were growing and there were Special Courses, journeys programmed by the forerunner of Manos sin Fronteras, "La Jardinera". Trips that are not simple trips of tourism or work, but experiences that provide a new discovery, a knowledge with specific topics approached by La Enseñanza.

Since 2005, I participate every year in these journeys, there were countless countries, I would not know which is the best. Each person lives a different experience, some places have been already repeated, but the journey is never the same, in each situation we are in a different emotional state, and so the sensations, emotions, relationships, will always be different, providing in each journey a spiritual growth.

I would like to invite you to come and participate and live these experiences in the trips with Manos sin Fronteras.

In each journey, in each participation, you will discover your true essence, you will overcome your fears and barriers, you will make new friends, you will learn about different religions and values developing your spirituality, closing cycles of your life, a discovery that no other technique can offer you. They are always places chosen especially by La Jardinera, which are life-changing for everyone, as it was for me.
