I have travelled to a lot of places all over the world with Manos Sin Fronteras (Hands Without Borders). Each journey is unique and different from the other. But one thing that doesn't change is the preparation for each course.

The first thing I do to be able to go to a Special Course is to wish it intensely and register the moment it is announced. I make that decision and say: "I'm going" and then the Universe takes care of the rest. The main thing is to decide to go, because that is where the journey begins.

In that moment I start to do my calculations, see how to get the money, maybe someone will lend me their card, or I can get it from savings or even asking for a loan. I start saving as much as I can. I stop buying clothes, things that aren't necessary or not even used. And the wheel begins to turn. My sisters, niece, or my friends start giving me clothes, shoes, everything. There are even days when everything I am wearing has been given to me as a present, which allows me to continue saving for those special trips. Then there are opportunities with which you don't count, such as a new project, a new job or a door opens and those opportunities give you more money for that trip.

For example, for the course in Morocco, my passport had expired and when I went to the bank to pay the paperwork I met 2 people I knew from a meeting, and there I was invited to go to an organic garden courses at the Caribbean University. They also taught me how to dye, make syrups, ointments, soaps and many other things. Thanks to this, I was able to learn new things to be able to sell and go to that special course.

A few days before the journey, I try to do an exercise I learned from one of the courses called the Axis, if I have time, every day, to be conscious of that journey I am about to make. On the day of the trip and from the taxi I begin to distribute flyers of the courses of Neural Stimulation. Once on the plane I speak to the people next to me, sharing what I have learned and talking about Manos Sin Fronteras. Something that I do even if it's on other trips that I do by land.

Arriving at the Special Course I begin to observe everything, because even in the subtlest there are signs that the course has begun. I have seen clouds in the form of angels and many wonders. I prepare myself by meditating before getting up, I always feel as if I was sleeping. I also meditate on the routes when travelling by bus during the course. I look out the window and write down everything the guides say so that I can fully enjoy the trip.

No matter the preparation we do, the special courses with La Jardinera are incredible journeys, full of learning, but if we give a little more of ourselves, meditate and are aware, we can perceive those signs that remind us that we are not alone and connected to each other, we can find ourselves in unexpected ways. We get to enjoy each place in a different and enriching way.
