The 25th of November, day against the violence towards women is a great opportunity for us men too, to unite against a system that over time has rooted unjust attitudes towards the female gender. On the other hand, we cannot deny that we are children of a macho era where most male children have always enjoyed greater freedom and, today, however much we want to deny it, this attitude has become part of our cultural baggage.

To build a wall means above all to change the way we perceive the relationship between man and woman, starting from what we really think about them. There can be no real change if we do not first change the only thing that creates the reality that surrounds us: OUR THOUGHTS! The real revolution in this sense will be precisely our change of consciousness towards the female universe. We cannot deceive ourselves.

What do we really think when we find ourselves in front of a woman who drives slowly? What do we think when we work in an environment where there are women? What do we think when we see a woman who has decided to separate? What do we think when we see a woman dressed a little more uncovered? And what do we expect from a woman to do for us...? And so on, many other thoughts.

But only when our thoughts, more or less conscious, are profoundly changed, respectful and removed from previous cultural patterns, we can create a reality different from the one we live today. A reality based on peaceful thoughts.

How do you make a change of consciousness? A phrase from La Jardinera, Founder of Manos Sin Fronteras, says: "The consciousness of today's men will make the world of tomorrow" and she invites us to start the change with meditation, spreading, for more than thirty years, the technique "5 Minutes, I Meditate".

"5 Minutes, I Meditate" is a tool for everyone, also validated today by neuroscience, which demonstrates the effects and the possibility of directly taking advantage of our deepest mental resources: it is not a coincidence that "5 Minutes, I Meditate" promotes not only the 25th of November against violence against women, but also, at a global level, a new way of seeing things, with focus and clarity, in the global campaign "If you have peace, the world has peace". The change of consciousness is possible and even the way has never been so simple: download the application "5 Minutes, I Meditate" and start!
