I received the Neural Stimulation course when I was working at school. It opened up a world of possibilities and experiences that I had not even dreamed of living and after achieving important changes by applying the technique to myself, I took it to the school where the students also benefited.

We practiced meditation and breathing at the beginning of class, along with the welcome routine. We also did chain treatments. I would treat them for headaches, or for colds, they would be surprised that a fever went down after a moment of treatment with hands.

At the time I had a group of first graders, a level of expectation in reading and writing that marks them in their school life. It was a difficult group, now I think, which group isn't? I could teach, but participating in civic celebrations and events made me very tense.

We dared to perform a play with a script from a popular song. The theatre was a difficult subject for me because I was so specific. The children helped improve the scenes, it was a team effort and surprise artists came out, the children who had the most difficulty in terms of discipline were the best. Meditation was my ally.

Teaching children to meditate was the basis for a change in their lives. I saw everyone grow from the inside out, transforming their fears and limitations, conquering reading, writing, numbers; as well as their self-esteem. A place of appreciation among all and in my heart. A little meditation, far from being time wasted in class, is the food that oxygenates the brain, you feel an unexplainable joy and tranquility, everyone's abilities open up like a cocoon in the warmth of the sun.

Today teachers are facing an unprecedented cultural change, because it is not local or national, it is global. The face-to-face methodology, so necessary to shape students, is now not possible because of the pandemic and we do not know how long it will be virtual. Students are better suited to technology, but the system does not change quickly. Every teacher, every student and every house must do it with their own resources and under pressure. In schools there is a lot of stress to maintain the level of education. This pressure comes to every student, every house. There is not much room for expansion, for exercises and for sunshine. Only virtual lessons and homework against time.

Meditating in these circumstances is a fantastic tool that quickly lowers stress, helps teachers, parents and students to have serenity in this crisis and that everyone's efforts add up, instead of being divided and kept in chaos. The benefits are immeasurable. The situation lends itself to becoming part of the thinking.

Manos Sin Fronteras offers meditation 3-5-3 for peace. Now I understand why it has been declared by the Founder, La Jardinera, as an instrument of peace in the campaign 5 Minutes Eu Medito; with its free application it has already prepared thousands. She has come to support and support all levels, human, life and change. The slogan of the campaign expresses it more deeply:

"If I am at peace, the world is at peace" - LJ.
