The word MOMENT has been underestimated in our 21st century society, we do more than one thing at the same time and in doing so we turn on autopilot and spend the full day without paying due attention to each MOMENT. At work we are concerned with reaching our goals, overcoming obstacles, making more money, but we focus on the result and are not interested in the journey.

We are absent with our families, within our own homes and attention is always shared with a cell phone. We prefer to post what is happening to us on the social network, but often we do not even enjoy the actual MOMENT.

Humanity is more interested in screens than simply looking into the eyes of those they love. Yes, it is clear and the importance of technology is evident nowadays, but we cannot forget about MOMENTS, with family, co-workers, with yourself and with your spirituality.

This PANDEMIC brought urgency and forced a retrospection in humanity, in some the search to enjoy and enjoy in the MOMENT and to connect with ourselves and with others. Nowadays we have the opportunity to make our MOMENT more human and to de-botch our actions, it is very important to really live with others and not be in the mouse wheel.

My experience with MSF was super intense, when I learned the technique I was with many personal problems and without hope for the future. A few years ago I left it to the side but now with the pandemic I had and I am having a daily awakening and living for myself what the treatments mean and their results, I have been more willing, attentive to daily activities and my anxiety has reduced greatly. The practice of meditation has made me a more humane person and in recognizing that I have my weaknesses I can help others too, it is as if in my difficulties I had a toolbox in which I can use to help myself and others in these MOMENTS .

I advise you to talk about afflictions, joys and projects. The world is very heavy and to seek isolation and feed loneliness is a mistake, do not confuse loneliness with being alone. Living alone does not mean being alone, it has changed my life to see it this way.

We are at the right TIME to act; independently of your age, belief and ideals, now is the right time to act, because since the beginning of the pandemic, humanity has started to face itself and with personal difficulties each one has started to make small changes, they are positive and negative.

Every day seek to win your internal and external battles and thereby advance and grow. Meditation and the practice of treatments help and strengthen us to deal with the needs of life.

By building quality and truthful MOMENTS we can assure ourselves that it is worthwhile to continue with the hope and will to build new things. I am willing to share my experiences and everything I have received for changing the way I see life.
