I feel fortunate to be part of the instructors of Manos Sin Fronteras in my country, being a volunteer has brought a lot of great benefits to my life. The most significant benefits for me have been to allow me to leave aside my egotism and to channel my emotions in a better way.

Being part of Manos Sin Fronteras has given me the opportunity to meet many people from different environments and backgrounds; to let my mind become more open to new points of view that before I had not contemplated; I learned not to be guided by first impressions and not to judge anyone without knowing them first. We all need help at some point in our lives.

My experience as an instructor for Manos Sin Fronteras has been an unexpected gift for my life, giving it an important meaning, since then, there is no room for sadness, there’s only room for the joy of living.

By sharing the Neural Stimulation courses, I see a change in myself and in the people around me; they are amazing days, they change the look in people’s eyes and it is always an honor to be able to transmit this knowledge.

Years ago it crossed my mind that I wanted to be a millionaire to be able to help those who needed it most and in my path in this Enseñanza my dream of helping people was fulfilled, in a way that I did not expect because I did not need to be extremely wealthy to help, to achieve it I only had to accept and seize the opportunity to want to help others, that is how I began to develop the understanding of knowing myself and having empathy towards others.

To make the decision and commitment to be an instructor and share this Enseñanza, you have to have the courage to break prejudices, to turn criticism around and not give it too much importance. Let negative events pass, accepting them to evolve and remember the good moments and our life is filled with abundance and blessings.

It is an infinite cycle, what I give comes back to me.

From my point of view these words of "Love your neighbor as yourself" are fulfilled in the practice of helping others.

One becomes more human in doing so, since you not only see people but the light that dwells in them and it is rewarding to know that you are part of human evolution, beyond the benefit of physical and mental health.

How much mental health and happiness there would be in the world if there were more hands willing to give of that living water that nourishes our being.

I thank the people who have had the patience and have helped me on this path of being a trainer.

My infinite thanks to you, dear Jardinera.
