Beaing Happy is not forbidden

When something positive happens to you, have you ever thought: yes, it's great, but ... do I deserve it? (low self-esteem), how long will it last? (doubt) … it prevents us from fully enjoying the moment of happiness, from living fully in the present.

When something positive happens to you, have you ever thought: yes, it's great, but ... do I deserve it? (low self-esteem), how long will it last? (doubt) … it prevents us from fully enjoying the moment of happiness, from living fully in the present.

A stereotyped mental process begins according to a reality constructed from altered images by those who pursue their own specific interests.

Living in fear of being happy because to be happy we need to have money and power or a physical form that respects the rules that someone imposes on us.

Conditioning leads us to live a different life, which brings us frustration, anxiety, stress, psychological and emotional instability with irreversible effects.

We come across thoughts that are not ours but that we have assimilated over the years and we come across "clothes" that do not belong to us.

However, many times we give into other people’s decisions out of laziness to take a stand or fear of consequences and we tend to offload responsibility onto others; family, society, work, etc. because it is much more "convenient" than taking the risk.

Today, more than ever, it is necessary to re-evaluate some concepts such as honesty, moral value, sharing, solidarity and much more to embark on a correct path according to our attitudes and desires.

In short, the FREEDOM to express and NOT repress the joy, the pain, the disappointment, the creativity, to break the chains that we have tied around our heart.

Becoming an adult is not a question of age, it means becoming aware of everything that surrounds us, developing the ability to see with our own eyes to learn to know ourselves beyond what others have built around us and have the strength to change and decide what we want to be.

It is a very difficult and long process but if you have the will to do it I am sure it will lead you to the true meaning of being here and now.

I am grateful to Manos Sin Fronteras and to have met La Jardinera (ESSENTIAL GUIDE), I have started to scratch the surface and I still have a long way to go but, thanks to you, a new world has opened.

Meditation and Neural Stimulation have been great tools to lean on for physical, mental and emotional balance that help me reestablish contact with myself and achieve greater clarity.
