Awareness to be able to direct our lives

We are fortunate to live in this modern age because life expectancy exceeds 70 years, we have more time to grow internally, learn about everything and achieve our goals.

However, we all complain because time is not enough, this is because we are busy, when we are bored, time never passes, everything is relative, in the end time is also an illusion.

In the past, life expectancy was only 30 years, people only had time to work and survive. This is not to say that life is easier today, Einstein said: "A calm and modest life will bring more happiness than the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness"

In times of creative leisure, I wondered what the purpose of life is and all those existential questions that we all ask ourselves at some point. Years ago I read through various topics to find answers. I remember one of the first books:The Third Eye, the mysteries of Tibet about the development of the intuition. Then on esoteric themes, of a hidden knowledge, to which very few had access: alchemy, extra-sensory perception, gnosis, spiritism, metaphysics.

Man has always wanted to access the mystery of the divine through different practices and beliefs and from here all kinds of guides or gurus and their thousands or millions of sheep arise.

In 2001, I received the First Neural Stimulation Course with Hands Without Borders, then in 2003, the Advanced, Superior and CHK 6 course, a year of abundance, let alone the extraordinary experience of meeting La Jardinera - not being aware of the privilege of have her here in Guatemala, a balm for these lands.

I thank the Universe for the privilege of knowing this Teaching of La Jardinera, the connection that it provides to all, the opportunity to find answers to the questions that give value to life, serve and help others, transmit simple knowledge that gives purpose and answers to the old existential questions about spirituality.

La Jardinera explains in a thousand ways, in simple words through her messages, the product of a full, coherent life. She lives what she preaches and speaks to us with love, with the truth that many times we do not like. However, by understanding these truths we deepen our knowledge of ourselves to move forward, cut the ties of guilt, to make the most of life. In other words, the opportunity to unlearn to forget everything and remember everything.
