Constancy and Discipline

Our beloved founder La Jardinera sends us amazing messages. They teach us and remind us that you never get anywhere without perseverance. Of course, we all have moments when we do not want to continue climbing the mountain, we stop, we want to go down, but to go where?

We must always keep our eyes set up in the sky, step after step, and the key is perseverance. La Jardinera has told us:Constancy and Discipline lead us to achieve anything.

Sometimes we think it's easier to give up and succumb to laziness, old patterns and get comfortable in inertia or as LJ calls it: in the comfort zone.

In fact, this is the worst place where we can be, since there is nothing comfortable about it.

Physically we can be inactive, we can put our brain in a coma with television, but our hearts and souls are shouting at us and we feel it.

Our heart and that part of us that dreams and wants to learn, to be better every day, that part of us is not okay and we feel the discomfort, perhaps in our stomach, perhaps in our heart itself, we feel the knot when we are postponing what our heart dictates.

The idea of ​letting our brains sit unused, without producing is uncomfortably terrifying. As lazy as we may feel, the best thing we can do for ourselves is listen to those feelings and shake off inertia and act. What we will find is an incredible tranquility, true peace and well-being for a job well done. Which will lead us to do more and more with our time.
