The courage to change

I got to know La Enseñaza thanks to a great friend, I can say that she saved my life. Since then I have gone through many stages and always recognizing the great help we receive with the treatments, the Messages of La Jardinera and all the opportunities for growth.

However, despite this and all the opportunities I have had that are infinite and invaluable, due to my own ego, ambition and not understanding I became intoxicated, for anchoring myself in past situations without learning anything and for wanting to impose my reason without accepting.

Today we talk about toxic people, from my own experience I can say that a person is not toxic by nature, they are intoxicated by what they crave, they do not satisfy, they do not accept or they do not release, La Jardinera has always explained to us that suffering is optional, no one experiments in someone else's head and it happened to me until my own body put a stop to it. Today I am grateful for all that stage that helped me see how wrong and lost I was, looking for the path that was already in front of me and that it was about ACCEPTING and not rebelling and reacting without reflecting.

I spent many years of my life to understand that happiness is sometimes an act of courage with oneself, to look inside, search until you know what you want and what is harming you and from there decide and start a very slow process, but perhaps the greatest act of self-love and change. You never get there and therefore settling is not an option, because every day we can improve and what has made me lose myself is what I can share today in my work and enjoying every moment of life.

I love my life, I love what I do, I respect my decisions with their consequences and I am trying to take back everything I have received, without imposing, without controlling and maybe I am much slower, but I enjoy much more.

It is important to be patient, never give up and always seek the right path. In a Message La Jardinera explains to us that within us there are 2 wolves, one dark and one Light, the moral is which one we feed, when I was really attentive to these words they were a trigger to start choosing differently. In each act we can decide and this makes the difference.

The Teaching is always an open door to inner growth, meditation is its key.

I learned that you don't have to give up, that you don't have to stay with bitterness or doubt, that your essence doesn't change, but your attitudes do.
