Once again you remind us that fear governs the lives of many people. and listening to your message a reflection arises:nature is never afraid.
Yes, it defends itself and fights to survive but it is not afraid of its own sacrifice to guarantee the existence of others, even at the cost of its own life, it sets a great example.
If we continue to fear, what we risk is a drift of mental health, which will ultimately endanger the human species. The importance of this Teaching, of those 5 minutes that restore reason to the mind, is increasingly understood.
