La Jardinera's message of "Every day, listen to your heart" is so great and special, it is full of wisdom, like all her messages, however, by telling us to listen to our heart and the way she is leading us through the theme, you can't just listen for the sake of listening;

It makes me realise that we must observe ourselves every day and listen to what our conscience is telling us.

Through this message, I was able to understand that we must make a separation between what we feel and what we think, because listening to our heart is different from listening to our mind.

It is not the same to act according to what our intuition tells us than with our mind, and that is when we get confused; but this happens because we do not meditate enough to discern if we should act according to our heart, mind, fear, or intuition.

Thank you Gardener for so much Light, so much wisdom and so much love. I received this message at a key moment and it helped me a lot, especially when I hear her saying that we must not lose faith, that we must talk and that there is a solution for everything; since I heard it, I changed the chip I had and I changed it, because I almost never talk about my things and less about my traumas and my inner pains, so this message has been like a balm for my soul, because although we try to find the balance, often the mind has been stronger than my heart and my spirituality.

We must meditate more, because only through meditation, our decisions will be correct and attached to the Light and the Truth.
