Testimonies of Chakra 6 - Trento

I wanted to share what this experience meant to me, in the hope that it might be of use to someone.

Several months ago a traumatic experience surfaced through my personal psychotherapist that I had suppressed and that I couldn’t process, which resulted in locking myself in a rigid and cold armour of fear and pain.

Over these two days I felt this armour coming apart piece by piece and I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am. Surely now I’ll finally have the opportunity to face what happened with a strength that I did not have and that is not mine alone.

Personally, the Chakra 6 has given me an INFINITE feeling of SERENITY and JOY, I felt a ”smile” that came straight from my heart ❤️, moreover it has given me the possibility to get to know a lot of lovely people.
